It is the organiser's responsibility to ensure:
- Players on the day must be registered no later than 10am in order for the organiser to receive the organiser bonuses.
- That deposits are not taken from any person under the age of 16. Persons under the age of 16 will not be permitted to play and their deposit will be forfeited.
- Advise your group to be on site between 7.00 - 7.30 am to enable us to have you out playing by 9 am.
- That their respective groups are appropriately attired in comfortable clothing and footwear. We strongly recommend that player's wear comfortable shoes ie Sports shoes, hiking boots etc.
Our ultimate aim is for your group to have an enjoyable and SAFE day. So please advise your group that anyone caught consuming alcohol or drugs will be asked to leave the premises. Alcohol, however, is permitted at the conclusion of the day's activities.

Please Note: It is the sole responsibility of all players to prove that they are over the age of 16 years. Management reserves the right to refuse service to any persons they believe under the age of 16 Years of age, or whose conduct is deemed offensive or dangerous to themselves or other patrons.
Please Note: Players arriving after 8.30am will incure a $25.00 late processing fee!
