B) The Organiser Name & Contact Phone Numbers.
C) Number of players you wish to book for.
Step 2
Collect $50.00 Deposit Per Person and pay by:

a) Use Confirmation Sheet and supply players Names & Packages
b) Send Cheque or Money order to: The Ultimate Skirmish Game P/L, P.O. Box M15, Manahan NSW 2200
c) Phone with credit card details if paying by credit card
d) Pay in Person at Head Office.(Office hours 9am-5pm, Monday-Friday, Thursdays till 8.00pm)
